Sal Ferro is the President and Owner of Fusion Commercial Contracting. Ferro has been involved in the remodeling industry since 1985. He began his career with Alure Home Improvements in 1989 where he is now the President, CEO and Owner. He achieved his Certified Remodeler (CR) Certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in 1997. Ferro also achieved his Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) Certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) in 2002.
Douglas Cornwell is the Chief Operating Officer and part Owner for Fusion Commercial Contracting. He has been involved in the remodeling industry since 1976 as a installer, designer and owner of a local remodeling company. Cornwell earned his accreditation as a CKD in 1984 and was certified by The Nassau County Supreme Court as an expert in Residential Remodeling in 2005. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Alure Home Improvements where he has began his career back in 1994.
Frank Stehlik is the Director of Operations for Fusion Commercial Contracting. Stehlik has been involved the construction industry since 1986 as a production supervisor and then as a director of operations, doing everything from new builds to home renovations. He is also the Director of Operations for Alure Home Improvements where he began his career back in 2004. He is highly involved and oversees large alterations jobs himself, as well as oversees the day to day production operations of his team. Stehlik has 7 project supervisors under him as well as 150+ trade mechanics. He handles the responsibility of interviewing, training and managing production supervisors.
Eric Clemente is the Director of Sales Operations for Fusion Commercial Contracting. He is a seasoned business development and marketing professional working over a decade in the construction industry. Clemente has built a solid reputation of securing large scale relationships and transactions through his ability to assess situations and reach win-win resolutions combined with his attention to detail. Clemente is also President elect for CAI Long Island, NYS Delegate for CAI Legislative Action Committee, as well as the Director of Sales Operations for Alure Home Improvements where he began his career back in 2013. Eric is responsible for the sales process, consumer experience, sales KPI’s, implementing and training all sales technology including the company CRM system. In addition he is responsibility of business development in the multi-family and commercial sectors of the business.
