He began his career with Alure Home Improvements in 1989 where he was the President, CEO and Owner until 2022. He achieved his Certified Remodeler (CR) Certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in 1997. Ferro also achieved his Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) Certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) in 2002.

Stehlik has been involved the construction industry since 1986 as a production supervisor and then as a director of operations, doing everything from new builds to home renovations. He is also the Director of Operations for Alure Home Improvements where he began his career back in 2004. He is highly involved and oversees large alterations jobs himself, as well as oversees the day to day production operations of his team. Stehlik has 7 project supervisors under him as well as 150+ trade mechanics. He handles the responsibility of interviewing, training and managing production supervisors.
